The Members page lets you invite people to your workspace, assign roles, and manage who has access. Go to Settings → Members to open it.

Roles and permissions

Every member of your workspace has one of three roles. The workspace owner can assign or change roles at any time.

Admin

Full access to the workspace. Admins can invite and remove members, manage Brandkit, access billing, and create or edit any demo.

Editor

Can create and edit demos. Editors cannot manage members, change billing, or access workspace settings.

Viewer

View-only access. Viewers can open and watch published demos but cannot create, edit, or manage anything.
Inviting Editors and Admins requires a paid plan. On the free plan, all invites are added as Viewers. Upgrade your plan under Settings → Plan to unlock Editor and Admin seats.

Inviting a member

1

Open Members settings

Go to Settings → Members in the sidebar.
2

Click Invite member

Select the Invite member button in the top-right corner of the page.
3

Enter the email address

Type the email address of the person you want to invite. To invite multiple people at once, separate their addresses with spaces.
4

Choose a role

Select Admin, Editor, or Viewer from the role dropdown. If your plan does not include Editor seats, this option will be disabled.
5

Send the invite

Click Send invite. The person receives an email with a link to join your workspace.

Pending invitations

After you send an invite, it appears in the Pending invitations tab until the recipient accepts it. Pending Editor and Admin invites count against your available seat quota while they are outstanding.
If a pending invite was sent to the wrong address, you can remove it from the Pending invitations tab before the recipient accepts.

Changing a member’s role

Only the workspace owner can change roles.
1

Find the member

Go to Settings → Members and locate the person in the Members list.
2

Change the role

Click the role dropdown in the Role column for that member and select the new role.
Changing an Editor or Admin to Viewer frees up a seat. Changing a Viewer to an Editor or Admin requires an available seat on your plan.

Removing a member

1

Find the member

Go to Settings → Members and find the person you want to remove.
2

Delete them from the workspace

Click Delete in the Action column next to their name. The member loses access to the workspace immediately.
You cannot remove the workspace owner. Owners also cannot remove themselves.
